Associate Designer — 50% Design | 50% Production

Our client is a boutique marketing design firm focused on B2B strategic communications.

They are seeking a skilled designer with 1-4 years experience in an agency, design firm or corporate communications department handling print media and web. Ability to handle a wide variety of design assignments with a keen understanding for business needs and solutions.

Key attributes: Strong design, typography, concepting and solution driven media. High proficiency in CS5: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Level: 1-4 years in an agency, marketing firm or corporate communications department creating integrated campaigns. Exceptional print and graphic design/production skills.

Pedigree: Including but not limited to: CCSU, UCONN, FIT, RISD, Creative Circus, Cooper Union, Tyler, Carnegie Mellon, Syracuse, RIT, Parsons, SVA, Portfolio Center, SASD, Pratt, SCAD, UHA, Art Center or a University or College with a recognized degree program in design. An undergraduate degree in graphic design with a concentration branding/corporate identity extremely desired.

Location: Fairfield County, CT

Fulltime: 40-55K+
