We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic leader who thrives on client pitches and presentations, can inspire and mentor a team, and drive forward relevant and collaborative ideas. The high-performer chosen for this newly created position will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset to spur company growth. You will work directly with the Pita owners on the further development of the company.

Responsibilities
• Develop creative strategies and direction of advertising, marketing, interactive and broadcast materials and campaigns
• Ability to write conceptual ideas backed by rationales, headlines and copy
• Supervise the work of design and art directors, copywriters and designers
• Create and deliver compelling case for “Why The Pita Group?” to prospective clients and to deepen existing relationships
• Evaluate and ensure the highest quality creative for new business and client pitches
• Strategically guide our clients through the creative process
• Contribute to the proposal development process
• Cultivate new relationships and expand upon existing ones
• Effectively troubleshoot client challenges and come up with relevant solutions
• Share and follow best business practices
• Set expectations for the creative team
• Make decisions on a daily basis that ensure profitability and creative quality
Reports to: CEO
Experience level desired: 10+years
Agency experience: Mandatory
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience. Paid vacation, 401K, STD/LTD, Employer-sponsored FSA, contribution to health care benefits
