New Media and Account Manager
at Elements in New Haven County
Elements, (http://www.elementsdesign.com) a full-service graphic design + marketing communications firm located in Branford, CT seeks a New Media & Account Manager.
The qualified candidate will be reliable, energetic, hard working, detail oriented, a fast learner and creative. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also necessary. Requires skills in and familiarity with: MS Office and experience working on a Mac platform. Familiarity with Adobe programs a plus. Salary and benefits negotiable.
The New Media & Account Manager will:
• Manage and execute social media, marketing and public relations campaigns
• Facilitate project management and client liaison
• Attend new business presentations
• Write and prepare project proposals and formal RFP responses
• Run project update calls with clients
• Manage day to day office tasks including but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling, filing
• Create contracts and proposals, responsible for all billing and time tracking
• Keep projects organized – job costing, expense tracking, time tracking
• Assist with marketing, public relations and graphic design projects (both for clients and Elements)
• Maintaining studio databases
• Assistant to president and staff
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications
Knowledge of and experience using a variety of social media platforms for marketing and public relations purposes
Experience working in a busy office environment managing multiple projects and facilitating day-to day-office responsibilities and conducting billing.

Quickbooks
Social media platforms and knowledge of Web 2.0 practices
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Mac platform
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Professional demeanor
